The form stores your name, email, organization, area of interest, message and consent timestamp in Cloudflare D1. Do not submit confidential research, health information or other sensitive material. Contact submissions are accessible only through the authorized infrastructure account.

Questions and removal
To request access to or deletion of an inquiry, submit a request through the contact form using the same email and choose “Privacy request”. Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months; abuse-prevention records expire after 24 hours.
