Eight 400 × 300 mm footprints per layer. A common envelope designed around infrastructure that already exists.
Geometric illustration only. Stack height, packaging, pallet load and energy capacity require validation.
Stamp locally
The manufacturing objective is a plate produced through familiar steel-forming operations. Drainage topology, exposed iron area and serviceability must be designed together, with quality control that travels across manufacturing sites.
Share processing capacity
Commercial charge hubs could serve multiple users with common processing equipment and larger passive carrier inventories. Station throughput and logistics would determine the useful operating model.
A licensed common standard
Fairlight intends to develop a manufacturing ecosystem around compatible interfaces. Steel formers, coating specialists, automation teams and energy operators are invited to help define and test the architecture.
