A complementary system
The home battery continues to handle peaks and daily cycling. A future Fairlight station would process carriers at an appropriate rate, with preserved capacity held separately in a passive rack.
Honest household economics
A carrier that cycles only once each year is difficult to justify economically. Residential use makes the most sense where the same carrier also works during the year—or where a shared local inventory serves many homes.
Development, before deployment
Residential capacity ranges are engineering exploration, not products available to order. Integration requires validated performance, local approvals, installation requirements and a trained service ecosystem.
