A practical physical envelope
The proposed FEC-1 face is 400 × 300 mm. The cassette mass target is 8–12 kg, subject to engineering validation. Eight face footprints tessellate on a 1200 × 800 mm Euro pallet; packaging, stack height and load limits require separate assessment.
Designed to be opened
Replaceable stamped plates are intended to make inspection, repair and material recovery part of normal service. The frame provides the mechanical datum; plate revisions may improve without changing the external interface.
Six interfaces, one carrier
The proposed envelope integrates a human or robot grip, locating datums, acoustic coupling pads, electrical contacts, permanent optical identification and strap grooves. The visual model is a concept, not a released manufacturing drawing.
